2008 Exclusive Aviation Referral Rewards Program

HOW TO ENTER: Participants must visit www.exclusiveaviation.com/referrals or call 701-235-3600, extention 103 to register participant and referral contact information including; first and last name, email address and phone number.
Referral(s) must purchase a new 2008 Cessna from Exclusive Aviation within 6 months of being registered to qualify participant for rewards program. Entries for 2008 Exclusive Aviation Referral Rewards Program will be accepted beginning March 2nd, 2008 and ending December 1, 2008. Incomplete referral submissions are void. All referrals received after December 1, 2008 are void. Recipients of the 2008 Exclusive Aviation Referral Rewards will be rewarded within one month of completion of referral’s aircraft purchase closing date. All referral submissions become Exclusive Aviation’s property. Exclusive Aviation may contact you about your referral submission(s) or for other promotional or advertising purposes.
REWARDS: Participants qualify for 2008 Exclusive Aviation Referral Rewards based on the following criteria: if participant refers one or more person(s) to Exclusive Aviation and referral purchases a new 2008 Cessna, single-engine aircraft, participant qualifies for the 2008 Exclusive Aviation Referral Reward associated with the type of aircraft purchased. See Reward schedule below.
2008 Exclusive Aviation Referral Rewards
Cessna 172 Skyhawk - $1,000.00
Cessna 182/T182 Skylane - $2,000.00
Cessna 206/T206 Stationair - $3,000.00
Cessna 350/400 -$3,000.00
ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal U.S. and Canadian residents residing within the 50 United States, D.C. and Canada ages eighteen (18) years or older as of March 2nd, 2008. Exclusive Aviation reserves the right to verify eligibility regarding the qualifications of winners.
GENERAL: By entering, participants acknowledge compliance with and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of Exclusive Aviation concerning 2008 Exclusive Aviation Referral Rewards Program. You also agree that Exclusive Aviation’s decisions concerning 2008 Referral Rewards Program rule interpretation and application are final. Exclusive Aviation is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of referral submission information, any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any web site or online service, or any other error or malfunction, or for late, lost, illegible, stolen, or misdirected referral submissions or communications. All referral submissions are subject to verification at the sole discretion of Exclusive Aviation. If, for any reason, 2008 Exclusive Aviation Referral Rewards Program is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation, because of a circumstance beyond Exclusive Aviations’s control, Exclusive Aviation reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend, or terminate the program or the rewards. In such an event, Exclusive Aviation may reward a replacement winner or modify the rewards or program as necessary.
REWARD DELIVERY AND DRAWING: Reward recipients will be qualified based on the number of referrals that purchase a new 2008 Cessna, single-engine aircraft. Recipient(s) of the reward will be rewarded within one month of completion of referral’s aircraft purchase closing date. A representative of Exclusive Aviation will make at least two (2) attempts to notify recipient(s), except where prohibited by law, all winners agree that Exclusive Aviation has the right to use reward recipient’s name, likeness, and/or photograph for promotional purposes, including but not limited to being published on www.exclusiveaviation.com, without additional compensation.
